HI there, I just purchased this asset pack, but it seems all I got was an error and an ID. The money was debited from my account but no asset. Can you help with this ?

is this pack using a specific (limited) palette?
Yes, I used the Rosy-42 palette, but in the snow level I added 2 more colors for the background.
What kind of animations do the heroes have?
Iddle,Walk,Attack,Jump,Jump Attack,Death and Crouch.
